Setting and Reaching Weight Loss Goals

Losing weight is a goal that many people set for themselves, but unfortunately, it’s also a goal that most people don’t actually meet. Losing weight and making healthy food choices is difficult—difficult but not impossible. However, most people just don’t want the weight loss badly enough to stick to their diet and exercise plans, or they have an unrealistic diet and/or exercise plan that causes them to get burnt out and give up. That’s the first thing to keep in mind if you’re serious about losing weight: you have to set realistic goals.

Secondly, remember that, just because you’ve given up some of your favorite food treats doesn’t mean you have to stop indulging yourself.
