Denver Brazilian Wax FAQ

Since Brazilian Waxes are so popular, it's only natural that people would be talking about, and asking more questions about this hair removal technique. Here is our Denver Brazilian Wax FAQ to answer some of the most common questions we hear...

How long will it take for the hair to grow back after a Brazilian wax?
In general, people can expect it to take between 4 and 6 weeks before the hair removed by a Brazilian wax grows back.

Will the hair grow back courser?
No it wont. There's a myth out there that says hair that has been waxed will grow back in thicker and courser than before. If anything, the opposite is true; hair that has been removed grows back softer and not nearly as thick for many people.

Can you get a Brazilian wax at any time?
In general, you can get a Brazilian wax any time of the year, but it is recommended that you wait until the hair is at least 1/2 inch long before you get a Brazilian wax treatment.

Does it hurt?
A Brazilian wax forcefully removes hair from sensitive areas of the body, so there is some pain involved with the procedure. It's important to note, though, that the first session is generally the most painful, and every session after that is generally less painful and much easier to get through.
