If you want beautiful eye makeup, then you
have to understand that it’s all in the preparation! Start by cleaning your
face, including the eyes, to remove excess oil and dirt. Once your face is
squeaky clean, you can apply a nice, light foundation. After you’ve got a prime
working surface, study your face in the mirror in order to expertly apply your
